These brats have an absolutely perfect ratio of high quality meat to fat. That makes them fantastic for grilling. The exterior of the bratwurst grills to a perfect brown without oozing fat, and the interior of the brat stays moist and flavorful.
Cheap bratwurst filled with fat and fillers need casings.
Tiefenthaler's brats don't need casings. They're better than that. They aim to be the best, and to let the excellence of their products speak for themselves.

I had a cheese jalepeno skinless brat from this Tiefenthaler from Fareway grocery store, it was out of this world. "Not even from the same planet". I think i cried when i took the first bite. I also tried dipping in cookies bbq sauce. These are the best brats people. I just found its a meatshop, if it ends up anywhere near Ankeny, IA ill be lurking outside thendoor every night like black friday.
Tiefenthaler Quality Meats is a true statement! They have too much to explain here. If, you are driving by Holstein, IA, you should stop and see what they have to offer. I would suggest bringing a cooler.
They are pricey, but the quality is unbeatable. Look them up online.
